Independence Weekend Star Point Ride         July 4-7

We will be picking up Star Points in:  Crockett, San Jacinto, Gonzales, Laredo, Hunt, Ozona, Buffalo Gap, and Glen Rose.
Rooms held under the name Steve Downie, Longhorn HOG. please call and make reservations by June 10th :

La Porte - the night of the 4th, La Quinta 800-642-4239,

After June 10th all rooms not reserved will have to be returned.

Wurstfest        October 31 - November 2

For anyone looking for a return trip (or new one) to New Braunfels, here is your chance. I will be leading a ride to the Wurstfest event in New Braunfels. This will be a three day ride. Lots of brats, oompa bands, etc. and a chance to party at the hotel at night. We will do some day riding on Sat.

Fall Leaves Ride        November 7-9

If you've ever visited Arkansas, you know it's a beautiful place.  During the autumn, this state is a treasure chest of red, gold, and orange jewels scattered across the Ozark Mountains!  This three day ride will take us through southwestern Arkansas, Hot Springs, highway 7, Russellville, through the Ozark National Forest, and to Mount Magazine, Arkansas highest point.  Ouachita Mountains, the Talimena Scenic Byway, Queen Wilhelmina state park await us on this fabulous trip.

Hotel reservations should be made in Hot Springs at the Arlington Hotel ()    and at Mount Magazine Lodge () Rooms must be released by 00/00/0000 so make your reservations soon.
